Walt Disney World Swan Resort
The Walt Disney World Swan Resort will be our host hotel for the 2011 North American conference and is offering the discounted nightly room rate of $129 to the conference attendees!
This rate is inclusive of the additional resort service package charge, giving guests free Internet service, two daily bottles of water, and free health club access.
HOTEL DETAILS:
The Walt Disney World Swan Resort is designed by award-winning architect, Michael Graves. This waterfront resort consists of a central 12-story building with an arched rooftop featuring a pair of graceful 47-foot swan statues. Across Crescent Lake sits the Graves-designed sister hotel, the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort.
Guest rooms and suites have been redesigned with sophisticated décor and the ultimate in comfort, the popular Heavenly Bed®. Each room is equipped with a 32-inch flat-panel television, wireless high-speed Internet access and MP3 connection. Disability-accessible guest rooms are also available.
Resort guests can choose from 17 different restaurants and lounges, each offering unrivaled cuisine. Experience fine dining and exceptional wines amid richly appointed settings at Shula's Steak House, Todd English's bluezoo, Il Mulino New York Trattoria and Kimonos. Choices for casual dining include a 24-hour self-service restaurant and two poolside cafés.
Walt Disney World® Resort guest benefits include complimentary transportation to Walt Disney World® Theme Parks, Extra Magic Hours benefit, advance tee times on nearby championship Disney golf courses and on-site Disney ticket desks.
Find plenty of room to relax with 5 swimming pools, the Balinese-themed Mandara Spa, whirlpools and saunas. Activities for Children
The resort offers special activities just for kids, such as the Straight A Club, Kid's Passport, game rooms, beachside playground, a kiddie pool, a spraying seal fountain, nearby miniature golf and more. Camp Dolphin is a supervised activity center for children ages 4-12 that includes nightly themed arts and crafts, board and video games, dinner and a family movie (additional fee and reservations required).

Walt Disney World Swan Resort is located in the heart of the Walt Disney World® Resort, near Epcot®, Disney's Hollywood Studios™, and Disney's BoardWalk entertainment district.
ROOM RESERVATION PROCESS
Please note: In order to make room reservations and to obtain the group rate, guest must first complete their conference registration. Upon the completion of the registration page, the room reservation link will appear, giving guest access to the online hotel reservation system. The hotel reservation link will also be included in your registration confirmation e-mail for future reference.
All room reservations can only be booked after the registration page is completed and only by using the online room reservation system. Reservations cannot be made by calling the hotel directly.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION MUST FIRST BE COMPLETED IN ORDER TO ACCESS THE HOTEL RESERVATION LINK!

IMPORTANT HOTEL INFO:
1. The room rate is $129 per night plus applicable sales tax of 12½ %.
2. One nights room deposit is required upon making a reservation and only refundable upon cancellation 5 days prior to arrival.
3. This rate is for up to TRIPLE occupancy per room. There is an additional charge of $25 per night for an additional 4th adult which is the maximum adult room occupancy.
4. This rate also includes the hotel resort fee which giving guest free Internet, 3 daily water bottles and free health club access.
5. Children under 18 years of age may stay for free in their parent’s room.
6. Parking rates: Self Parking- $12 per night, Valet parking $15 per night.
